Rabeprazole Sodium 20mg + Domperidone 30mg – 

Redom-SR Capsules Combination of Domperidone 30 mg Rabeprazole 20 mg. It suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the gastric H+K+ATPase enzyme system. Bioavailability is not altered by the combination of food or antacids. Produces a fast onset of action compared to other PPIs. Produces faster acid inhibition compared with omeprazole. Produces persistent nocturnal; acid suppression. Relieves both daytime and nighttime heartburn. Possesses both prokinetic and antiemetic properties. It may control nausea & vomiting associated with GERD.

This capsule of rabeprazole sodium 20mg + domperidone 30mg contains a combination of two, i.e. domperidone and rabeprazole. First of all, domperidone helps in increasing the movement of the upper digestive tract leading to better allowing food to pass through the stomach. Also, Rabeprazole is a type of proton pump inhibitor that helps in reducing stomach acid and ultimately provides relief from acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
